Hi! I’m Tiffany

I’m a lifestyle blogger and photographer blending motherhood, home, memory-making, and intentional living to help women create more ease and meaning in everyday life.

Helping moms preserve what matters most.

I’m a wife, mother to two young girls, a dog and cat mom, and a creative at heart. My family is truly the center of my world, and so much of what I’m building is rooted in wanting to be more present with them while creating a home and life that feels intentional, beautiful, and meaningful.

If there’s one thing motherhood has taught me, it’s that the moments you think you’ll never forget have a way of slipping away faster than you’d like. There’s a unique kind of chaos that comes with motherhood, and it can easily make us feel like we’re always behind, always trying to catch up, and never quite doing enough.

That’s why I created The Hearthstone Journal, a resource moms can turn to for inspiration, connection, and helpful, realistic ideas. I share ideas to help you create meaningful family memories, preserve them in beautiful but realistic ways, and build household rhythms that bring a little more peace to daily life.

Capturing the beauty of home, family, and legacy.

In addition to pouring into The Hearthstone Journal, I have a lifestyle photography business, Tiffany Palmer Photography, where I document brands, seniors, and families, as well as a real estate photography business, Hearthstone Media. From capturing life’s important milestones to the everyday moments that make a family what it is, I’ve always been drawn to the meaning behind a photograph: bringing home a baby, gathering around the table, celebrating birthdays, building traditions, or starting a new chapter. Those moments matter to me.

Together, we’re finding ways to build traditions, create meaningful childhood memories for our kids, and be present enough to actually enjoy it all while it’s happening. I want to help moms feel encouraged and equipped to make memories, preserve them, and create a home life that feels intentional and truly their own.

Q&A with Tiffany

If you magically had an entire day to yourself, how would you spend it?
Wake up slowly, hot coffee, get a few things done around the house, go work out, take a long shower, make a Target run, get my nails done, then end the day with girl dinner—charcuterie and wine—and a chick flick.

What’s something you swore you’d never do as a mom… and absolutely do now?
Let my kids completely take over the music in the car.

What’s something you’re learning to let go of in this season of life?
A perfectly picked-up house. The mess still stresses me out sometimes, but I’m learning to remind myself that I can only do so much. I’d rather be present with my girls than have them remember me constantly rushing around cleaning. Some days that still happens, of course, but I’m trying not to let it be the norm.

What does “home” feel like to you?
Home feels like comfort and safety, lots of laughter, traditions we look forward to every year, and ordinary moments that somehow become our favorite memories. It’s where my people are, where we can completely be ourselves, and where I hope my girls always know they belong. To me, home is being surrounded by the people you love and knowing you’re exactly where you’re supposed to be.
